We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and problem-solving **Customer Support Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps in our CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. product, sales, engineering) to resolve complex issues
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve our product/service
- Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or support role (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with help desk software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM systems is a plus
- Comfortable using computers and troubleshooting basic technical issues
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
