Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Manage and resolve replacement, refund, and product-related complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
- Generate and manage courier/shipping labels for customer orders and returns.
- Coordinate and assist during store visits or customer support at the physical store when required.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable].
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
