Telesales & Customer Support Executive – General Insurance

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Work Type: Full-time (5 Days Working)

Job Description

We are hiring Telesales & Customer Support Executives for a leading General Insurance company.

The role involves handling customer queries, policy support, and telesales of insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products (Health, Motor, Travel, etc.).
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries, complaints, and policy requests.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details clearly.
  • Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and meet monthly targets.
  • Provide support for renewals, claims, billing, and endorsements.
  • Maintain records in CRM and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation is Required
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Target-driven, customer-oriented approach.
