**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with policy information, claims processes, coverage details, and product-related queries.
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they understand documentation requirements and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Claims, Underwriting, Sales) to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Stay updated on ICICI Lombard’s products, policies, and services to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or related roles (preferably in the insurance or financial sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English and/or regional language].
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with insurance products is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
