We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our **Insurance Customer Support team**. The role involves assisting customers with policy details, handling queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain insurance products and services clearly.
- Assist customers with claim or policy-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support the team in achieving overall performance goals.
