Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Resolve product or service-related complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause,

selecting the best solution, and then following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring they understand the solutions

provided.
- Offer detailed information about products or services as required.
- Record and analyze customer feedback to provide insights to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any specific queries or service complaints.
- Document all interactions with customers, irrespective of the outcome.
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Stay updated on all company products and services to provide effective support to customers.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Help customers navigate the company’s website or app, if required.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- Proven experience in a similar role or in Purchase
- Strong understanding of industry and safety standards.
- Knowledge of machinery and processes.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
