**Designation - Customer Support Associate**

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Handling customer queries.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

**Key skills required**:

- Good English communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Education: Any Graduation or Undergraduate with Certificate.
- Experience: min 6 months Customer Service
- Languages: English, Hindi

**Working location**: Reliable Tech Park Empire Tower, A Wing, 9th Floor, Tech Mahindra Airoli East, Mumbai,

**Shift Timing: Any 9 Hours between 9am to 9 pm**

**1 Rotational week off.**

**Age: 18-35 years**
