**Summary**: Responsible for providing technical support to customers who have purchased our digital têxtile printing machinery. This includes troubleshooting problems, providing training, and resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot problems with digital têxtile printing machinery
- Provide training to customers on how to use the machinery
- Resolve issues with the machinery
- Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in digital têxtile printing technology
- Follow ups for payment and order calls.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the têxtile industry
- Strong understanding of digital têxtile printing technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
