**Role Overview**: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Care & Relations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience with Litmus Branding is seamless, positive. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, resolve inquiries, and **act as a bridge between our clients and our internal creative and strategy teams.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Client's requirement**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages like Hindi, Gujarati is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and design principles is a plus.
