**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room repairs or service issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to guest services.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Provide support during renovations or special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Stamina to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations outside regular working hours.
