Job Title**:Project Coordinator** for Farm House & Resort

Location**:Corporate office at Goregaon East**

**Responsibilities**:

- _**Assist the Director in Various Marketing Initiatives**:_
- Collaborate with the Director to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting the Farm House & Resort.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing activities and provide regular updates to the Director.
- _**Coordination with Different Departments at the Resort**:_
- _Serve as a central point of contact between various departments at the resort, including hospitality, maintenance, HR, accounts, and administration._
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address any inter-departmental issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- _**Preparation of Reports and Presentation to Director**:_
- Compile relevant data and information from different departments to prepare comprehensive reports.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the Director.
- Present reports and findings to the Director in a clear and concise manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel to the resort in Shahapur as needed.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
