The role is challenging but exciting. It is path-breaking in the sense that those coming on board will be part of the first and most massive Public-Public-Private-People-Partnership in this space aiming to tackle this concern at such a massive level. The responsibilities will include:

- **Project Implementation: Volunteering Based projects**:

- Prepare and monitor the time frame for project activities.
- Planning and execution of project activities with the support of citizen volunteers.
- Planning the project operations and coordination with on-ground implementation partners.
- Building an army of citizen volunteers supporting project activities.
- Record and maintain the monthly log sheet of work and calendar for project activities
- Documentation and maintaining a database of the program/project weekly or as per agreed schedules with the Program Coordinator /Head of Projects
- Work closely with the Head of the Team, the Project coordinator, Citizen Volunteers, and other team members to deliver citizen engagement and communication strategies across the process lifecycle
- Conducting awareness sessions and building plans for different stakeholders creating the social impact envisaged in project deliverables.
- Support team leaders on outreach and implementation activities
- Creating IEC (Information education communication) material and brochures, posters, etc. for project outreach.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for the project presentations.
- Responding to phone calls from the stakeholders and citizens.
- Taking up the responsibilities of the program coordinators when they are not present.
- Maintaining activity material counts as per requirements
- **Corporate Partnerships**:

- Corporate Stakeholder Management - Coordinating with corporate partners for volunteering engagements
- Maintaining the Leads and Partners database on a regular basis
- Share impact figures and engagement reports with corporate partners post-volunteering engagements

**Communication**:
Create content for social media channels, and ensure disciplined execution of a practical, workable communications plan prepared with a coordinator directed at specific target stakeholder groups

Pay: ₹15,858.83 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
