This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with various recruitment strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with hiring managers: This includes understanding their needs, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, and collaborating on hiring decisions.
- Track and report on key metrics: Recruiters monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Skills:

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools: Familiarity with ATS and other relevant software is essential for efficient recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Bulk hiring can be demanding, requiring the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
