**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Manage recruitment databases and reports to track hiring metrics and effectiveness.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and End-to-End Recruitment.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of the EdTech industry and hiring trends is a plus.
