**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Recruiter**with 1+ years of experience to join our Human Resources team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the growth of our IT services business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**
- Source and screen resumes from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and other channels.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non IT/IT and technical positions (developers, testers, support engineers, etc.).
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.

**Job Posting & Employer Branding**
- Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support HR branding initiatives to attract quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn posts, company careers page).

**Process Optimization**
- Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and tools.
- Keep track of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and contribute to hiring quality improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduation in Any Field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
