**Job Summary**:**
**We’re looking for a proactive and passionate**Talent Acquisition Executive** to strengthen our recruitment engine and build outstanding IT teams. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to grow in a tech-forward environment.**
**Key Responsibilities**:**
- **Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (from screening to onboarding)**
**- **Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements**

- **Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor mining to expand our partner network**

- **Prepare reports and dashboards for hiring progress and vendor performance**
**Required Skills**:**
- **1-5 years of experience in domestic IT hiring**

- **Solid understanding of tech stacks, IT roles, and hiring trends**
**- **Experience in vendor coordination and vendor mining**
**- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
**- **Proficiency in MS Office tools**
**Preferred Qualifications**:**
- **Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments**
**- **Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with accuracy and speed**
