**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive

**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports To**: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Planning and Execution**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

**3. Interview Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.

**4. Offer and Onboarding**
- Prepare and extend offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments.
- Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

**5. Employer Branding**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer branding efforts.
- Develop creative strategies to attract top talent through social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other hiring initiatives.

**6. Data Management and Reporting**
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies and improve processes.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Analytical skills to measure recruitment effectiveness.

**Personal Attributes**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
