**Job Description - Talent Acquisition Executive**

**Location**: Colaba, Mumbai

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (HR/Business preferred)
**Experience**: 2-5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job specifications.
- **Process Excellence**:

- **Market Research & Employer Branding**:

- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

**Desired Skills & Competencies**
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills on job boards, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple mandates.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
