Role and Responsibilities

Ø Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy

Ø Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

Ø Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs

Ø Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees

Ø Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives

Ø Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

Ø Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Ø Maintaining the employees’ data

Ø Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company

Ø Listing to employees’ complaints and ensuring workplace safety

Ø Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation

**Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant field

Ø 1+ years of experience as an Talent Acquisition executive or in any similar role

Ø Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle

Ø Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team

Ø Efficiency in time management

Ø Must have leadership skills and work ethics

Ø A positive, “can do” attitude

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
