**Location**: Majura Gate

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in finance-related roles

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Data Management**: Handle and organize financial data, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses as required by management, shareholders, or regulatory authorities.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure efficient use of funds and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments, invoices, and billing discrepancies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insights to support decision-making.
- **Assistance in Audits**: Support external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
