**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Finance Executive** to manage and streamline our financial operations. This role is critical in maintaining financial discipline, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning in a SaaS-driven environment. You will be responsible for accounting, taxation, payroll, MIS reporting, and monitoring key SaaS metrics while supporting business growth and compliance in a fast-paced tech setup.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze **MIS reports**, financial statements, and dashboards on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage **accounts receivable/payable**, **invoicing**, and **collections** for SaaS subscription billing cycles.
- Oversee **payroll processing**, ensuring timely and compliant salary disbursement, and manage associated statutory filings (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Handle **GST, TDS, income tax filings**, and other **statutory compliances** as per Indian regulations.
- Support **internal and external audits**, ensuring accurate records and timely responses to auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with **labour laws**, **Companies Act**, and **private limited company filings** (ROC, board resolutions, etc.).
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, as well as perform **variance analysis** to support management decisions.
- Track and report on **SaaS financial metrics,** including:

- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
- Gross Margin
- Churn Rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and process automation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and legal advisors for financial and statutory matters.
- Continuously seek opportunities for **financial process improvement and digitization**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Commerce**, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a finance/accounting role, preferably in a **SaaS or tech environment**.
- Solid knowledge of **Indian taxation**, **labour law**, and **company compliance regulations**.
- Proficient in accounting tools such as **QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero**, and **Excel/Google Sheets**.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of **SaaS financial models** and key metrics.
- Familiarity with **GAAP/IFRS** standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a **startup or high-growth environment**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **MBA (Finance)**, **CA Inter**, **CMA**, or equivalent financial certification.
- Hands-on experience in **subscription-based revenue** and **automated billing systems**.
- Prior exposure to **fundraising**, **investor reporting**, or **due diligence** is a plus.
