Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service activities.- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and branch-level sales targets.- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market penetration in the home loan segment.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and initiate corrective measures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless loan processing and approvals.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.- Drive initiatives to expand the customer base through local marketing activities and partnerships.Required Skills:- Proven sales management and team leadership abilities.- Strong knowledge of the home loan market, financial services, and local market dynamics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Customer-centric approach with high levels of integrity and professionalism.- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive results.- Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office applications.- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.- Fluency in the local language (Gujarati) is an added Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is preferred but not 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 23 years in a leadership or branch management role.- Prior experience in home loan sales, housing finance, or financial services is highly desirable (ref:iimjobs.com)
