Role Description

The Relationship Executive - Home Loan role is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat. The individual will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers to promote home loan products, providing property-related consultations, and guiding clients through the loan process. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Relationship Executive will collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth loan processing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in client relationship management and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of housing loans, financial services, and property-related processes
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage
