**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for stocks and other securities on behalf of clients.
- Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to make informed trading decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
- Provide timely market updates and insights to clients, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Assist clients in developing and managing their investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments (Research, Compliance, etc.) to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues related to trading and account management.
- Prepare reports on trading activities and market performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., NISM) is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in stock broking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and trading platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office and trading software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
