To strengthen our backend and service capabilities, we are looking for a skilled Mutual Fund Executive with a deep understanding of operational processes and regulatory frameworks.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Mutual Fund Executive**, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations related to Mutual Funds, with additional exposure to PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds). You will work closely with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), RTAs, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of Mutual Fund transactions and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Transaction Handling**: Process and verify client transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, SWPs, and switches.

**Operational Coordination**: Liaise with AMCs, RTAs (like CAMS, KFintech), and custodians to ensure smooth transaction flow and resolution of discrepancies.

**Reconciliation**: Perform daily reconciliation of client transactions and mutual fund holdings with back-office systems and RTA records.

**Client Servicing**: Handle queries from retail and HNI clients regarding mutual fund operations, NAVs, portfolio status, and documentation.

**Documentation & KYC**: Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance as per SEBI guidelines.

**Reporting**: Generate and share timely reports related to fund performance, transaction summaries, and client holdings.

**PMS & AIF Support**: Assist in onboarding, reporting, and operations related to Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds.

**Compliance**: Follow internal SOPs and ensure operations are in line with regulatory requirements from SEBI and AMFI.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields. AMFI/NISM certification preferred.

**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in mutual fund operations, back-office processing, or asset management services.

**Skills Required**:
Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and processes.

Familiarity with PMS and AIF structures and operational workflows.

Excellent coordination and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software/tools.

Strong communication and client servicing skills.
