**Job Summary**:
As a Dealer for MCX & Commodities at Market Hub Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for executing trades, managing client orders, and ensuring efficient and effective trading activities in the commodity market (MCX). You will work closely with clients and internal teams to offer timely market insights, maintain risk management protocols, and ensure the smooth execution of trades.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trade Execution & Order Management**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for commodities on the MCX platform, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor real-time market conditions and trends to make informed decisions.
- Manage client portfolios by executing trades based on client instructions and risk tolerance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies when executing trades.
- **Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Provide timely market updates, analysis, and trading recommendations to clients.
- Address clients' inquiries, concerns, and requirements related to commodity trading.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Risk Management & Compliance**:

- Ensure risk management practices are followed and trades are executed within client risk profiles.
- Monitor open positions and ensure margin requirements are maintained.
- Ensure all trades and margin allocation should comply with exchange regulations and internal company guidelines.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all client transactions and trading activity.
- Generate and provide regular trade reports and account summaries to clients and management.
- Track and report on performance against client expectations and market benchmarks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in commodities trading (e.g., NISM) will be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dealing with MCX and commodity markets.
- Proven experience in executing trades, managing client accounts, and maintaining client relationships in a brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, charting tools, and trading platforms.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of MCX and commodity trading.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and maintain high levels of accuracy.
