**Role & responsibilities**
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for new clients.
- Verify documents submitted by clients for account opening.
- Involve verifying customer identities, assessing risk levels, reviewing documentation, and ensuring all KYC procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to obtain necessary information and address any KYC related queries.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any KYC-related issues
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in KYC or finance-related roles is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
