**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the KYC process by collecting and verifying customer information and documentation and account opening process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and analyses data using Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with front office teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to KYC and other administrative tasks.
- Support the development and implementation of back-office procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back-office role or similar administrative position.
- Strong understanding of KYC regulations and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience:
2+ years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
