**Executive (KYC)**

**Job Purpose**:
The company is looking for an experienced assistant with knowledge of the process (KYC Form) and the ability to deliver results as desired.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Rajkot

**Responsibilities**:

- KYC form entries in back office software.
- Master modification entries in back office software.
- Provide solutions to client queries over the telephone.
- Scanning of documents.
- Provide solutions to tickets raised by the Customer Support team
- Work as a team with other members.

**Skills**:

- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving or Analysis skills.
- Should be Accurate and responsible

**Personality**:

- Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense
- Efficient, effective, and organized in both physical and digital words
- Modestly confident and also personable, good-humored and trustworthy
- Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
