We are looking for HR Recruiter-2-5Yrs exp**. BULK HIRING exp** is required.( Bank/Finance or BPO/KPO or Mutual Funds Industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for bulk hiring drives, primarily for **Jr. Graphic Designers**.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on **job requirements**.
- Work closely with **hiring managers** to understand talent needs.
- Maintain and update **recruitment trackers** for effective reporting.
- Ensure a fast **turnaround time (TAT)** to meet hiring targets.
- Handle **walk-in drives, mass recruitment events, and onboarding coordination**.

**Requirements**:

- **2-5 years** of recruitment experience with a strong focus on **bulk hiring**.
- Strong knowledge of **hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and meet high-volume hiring targets.
- Experience in hiring for **creative/design roles** is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
