*Job Title:* IT Recruiter

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals.
- Create and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on current tech trends and IT market demands.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python,.NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in technical screening or coding platforms.
- Knowledge of current hiring laws and regulations.
- Prior experience working in a staffing agency or IT consulting firm.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
