- Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Desktop Support Trainee to join our IT team in Noida (Sector 62). This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who have completed training in hardware and networking and are eager to start a career in desktop support and IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day desktop support tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers. Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot basic network-related problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings, connectivity). Support users in resolving issues with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows OS. Maintain records of IT assets and update incident logs. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. Assist in periodic system checks, software updates, and antivirus monitoring.
