Desktop Support Engineer

**Location**: Delhi | **Experience**: 3+ Years

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Desktop Support Engineer** to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across systems and users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain **desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals**:

- Handle **user account setup, password resets, and access management**:

- Troubleshoot **LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Outlook** issues
- Manage **antivirus updates, OS patching, and system performance**:

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and AMC support
- Maintain **asset inventory, documentation, and IT support logs**

**Required Skills**:

- Strong in **Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and Networking basics**:

- Hands-on with **remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP)**:

- Knowledge of **ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)**:

- Excellent **troubleshooting, communication, and customer support** skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
