**Certification**: Jetking Diploma in Hardware & Networking (preferred)
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Every 3rd Saturday Fixed Off)

We are seeking a motivated and proactive **Desktop Support Trainee** to join our IT team in Noida (Sector 62). This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who have completed training in hardware and networking and are eager to start a career in desktop support and IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day desktop support tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network-related problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings, connectivity).
- Support users in resolving issues with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows OS.
- Maintain records of IT assets and update incident logs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Assist in periodic system checks, software updates, and antivirus monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in B.A. / B.Com (other streams can also be considered).
- Jetking Diploma or any relevant certification in Hardware & Networking preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT support field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: Office-based - Noida, Sector 62
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Every 3rd Saturday Off

**Compensation**:

- Monthly Stipend / Salary: [Insert range - e.g., ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (based on qualification and interview)]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,872.92 - ₹14,888.00 per month
