Prerequisites:
1. Excellent Communication Skills:

- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

2. Educational Background:

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles will be an added advantage.

3. Field Support:

- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-field to understand their requirements and provide personalized support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination in addressing customer needs.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Problem Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and provide insights to improve overall customer experience.

Additional Skills:

- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
