**Roles & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for smart, passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with 1-2 years of work experience in Inbound Calling, Customer Support, preferably in UPS & Battery Industries.

**Desired Skills**:

- To handle the escalation of the client.
- To Solve the customer queries.
- To attend Inbound Call.
- To prepare MIS on day to day basis.

**Functional/Behavioral skills**:

- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Desire to learn and work in a dynamic environment

**Role Specific Competencies**:

- Should have 1-2 years of experience in Handling Customer.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Technical Knowledge is must.

**Qualification**:
Graduate/ITI/Diploma.

**Location**:
Mumbai

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
