**job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, system updates, and support best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
