
Retention Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify reasons for cancellations or dissatisfaction and implement corrective measures.
- Promote product features and offers to encourage renewals or continued engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align retention strategies.
- Meet retention targets and KPIs set by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in BPO, telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
