- Graduation / Post Grad/ 3 years Diploma after 12th.
- **Minimum 1 year of Sales experience required**
**(Preference will be in Insurance Sales)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Retention of existing customers with regular follow ups.
- Renewals of existing policies with maximum conversion.
- Coordination with sales team for respective customer base for retention targets.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the customers and provide regular product and process knowledge to them for maximum retention.
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
- Hold regular meetings with intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
