**TENDER EXECUTIVE/BID EXECUTIVE**

We are looking for a Tender and bidding Executive for Tender **works in the domain of IT/NETWORKING/SURVEILLANCE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & AMC WORKS.**

**Brief About Job**

**JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Checking various tender searches on a daily basis and identifying any tenders which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes

2. Study tender documents & prepare technical commercial documents

3. Understanding of tender pre-qualification requirements and checking the eligibility criteria with the company’s experience.

4. Analysing the requirements and working with respective OEMs to get the proper products as per the specifications.

5. Getting the relevant documents from OEM.

6. Preparing the pre-bid meeting queries.

7. Preparing the documents for Tender Participation.

8. Submission of BIDs with the relevant documents and checking the bids’ status.

9. Responding the queries during technical evaluation.

10. Coordinate with various departments like finance, and logistics for completion of quality tender.

11. Collecting the prices, compiling them and submitting them to management to get the final pricing to upload and regarding clarification of tenders.

12. The final compilation of tender document & then submitting on time.

13. Continuously updating tender MIS & Tender status.

14. Follow up for EMD collection.

15. Keeping records of documents, maintaining files and necessary documents

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**

Have worked on Tendering related activities on Network, Communication, IT and Surveillance Products & Services. (Only those who have experience in Tendering will be considered for further evaluation).

Basic understanding of Network, Communication, IT and Surveillance Products & Services.

Fluent in the preparation of Technical & Non-Technical documentation.

Fluency in typing, documentation, word, excel, ppt.

English and Regional languages.

**Graduates who worked for any company as a Tender Executive in the Network/IT/Video Surveillance Field with a minimum 2 years proven track record are only considered for evaluation.**

**GENERAL**

**Work Location**: Bangalore

**Work Place**: Pathcom Technologies Pvt Ltd, 669/F, 2nd& 3rd Floor, AMG Towers, 1st stage, 2nd Block, HBR Layout, Bangalore - 560043.

**Working days**: 6 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
