**astTECS** offers open source asterisk solutions in India, addressing a wide range of call center / contact center solutions & enterprises solutions including - IPPBX, IP Phones, IVR systems & solutions, Call center dialer, voice dialer, voice logger etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum Prior experience of 1-3 years in handling GEM/Tenders for IT or Security or Telecom products or related items.
- Evaluate Tenders/ GeM Bids daily and download the bids concerning our product range.
- To collate Tender information from various sources like Portals, Publications and forward Tenders/Bids to concerned Sales Personal along with Tender summer sheet.
- To organize all Tender/GeM Portals including Public Procurement.
- Registration/ empanelment of ACPL in various PSU, Defense, Railways and or state Govt Portals.
- Upon receipt of confirmation from Sales Person for participation readying the statutory documents.
- Coordinating internally for Technical Compliance with Pr-sales /sales team.
- Coordinating & helping SI/Partner for Bid submission.
- Maintaining all required statutory and technical documents for Tender Submission directly and by partner.
- Maintaining record of all tenders/Bids filled by Partners /SI's.
- Submit Weekly Excel sheet of all Tenders /Bids filled and its current status.
- Maintain a record of all Tenders/Bids lost.
- All required processes and documentation and activities associated to be followed.
- Any other task that may be required for submission**.**

**Skills required**:

- Languages : English and Hindi knowledge must.
- Familiar with all Tendering Processes and Functions.
- Ability to work independently; to be able to Bid the Tenders/Bids with set deadlines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tendering: 1 year (preferred)
