**Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Overseeing the supply side of the marketplace, ensuring a consistent and diverse selection of software products.
- Managing relationships with software vendors, developers, and other suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with software providers.

**Platform Maintenance**:

- Ensuring the software marketplace platform is operational, secure, and user-friendly.
- Collaborating with the technical team to address any platform issues promptly.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implementing and maintaining quality control processes for software products on the marketplace.
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyzing marketplace performance metrics and user behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generating reports and presenting insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

**User Support and Engagement**:

- Collaborating with customer support teams to address user inquiries and issues related to the software products.
- Developing strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

**Vendor Onboarding and Training**:

- Facilitating the onboarding process for new software vendors.
- Providing training and resources to vendors on platform policies and best practices.

**Compliance and Legal**:

- Ensuring that all software products on the marketplace comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Staying informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.

**Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align operational activities with broader business goals.
- Collaborating with the finance team on budgeting and financial planning related to the operational aspects of the marketplace.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implementing strategies to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

**Risk Management**:

- Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to software products, vendors, and platform operations.
- The specific duties can vary based on the size of the organization, the nature of the software marketplace, and its strategic goals. It's important for the Operational Manager to have a strong understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the software marketplace.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Experience required Minimum 6 months - 1 year
- worked at a SaaS company before (preferably selling to the US market)
- familiar with project management
- Comfortable with Shift timing UK/US
- Flexible timings
- Hybrid Mode
