**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of our D2C brand's operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to align operational processes with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to operations management, and propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Train and develop team members on operational procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a D2C brand or consumer-focused industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive operational decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Openness to learning and embracing new technologies and processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
