**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day operations across different departments within the organization.

- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.

- Provide administrative support as needed, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field. BBA or MBA preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
