**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our dedicated team at Intensiv Filter Himenviro. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our dedusting equipment and spare parts to customers worldwide. With our rich history and global reach, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a company shaping the future of industrial dust control.

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:

- Oversee the production process for bag filters and spare parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Implement and improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead the execution of full dedusting equipment projects for international clients, from initial planning to final installation.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful completion within parameters.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices.
- Optimize logistics and transportation of finished products and spare parts across different countries.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

**Team Management**:

- Motivate and lead a team of production personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree from a reputable university.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
