**Responsibilities**:

- Address client concerns and grievances promptly and professionally, seeking suitable resolutions to ensure client contentment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient responses to client queries and requests.
- Assist in client onboarding procedures, including the collection of requisite documentation and facilitation of account establishment.
- Utilize MS Office to generate and manage documents, presentations, and reports.
- Foster effective communication and coordination within the team.
- Aid in scheduling and organizing client meetings with prepared materials.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- MBA/bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking aptitudes.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is advantageous.

This role is office-based with no fieldwork involved. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is crucial for success in this position.
