Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or students.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Communication:
Provide timely and accurate information to clients about our services, programs, or any relevant updates.
- Issue Resolution:
Identify and address client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure a positive client experience.
- Client Retention:
Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.

Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients on our products or services and use it to improve offerings.

Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Provide insights and feedback to help improve overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a client relations or customer service role, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards client engagement and relationship-building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
