**Role Overview**:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You'll collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions tailored to each client's goals. Your exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset will drive client retention and foster long-term partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients on digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as digital marketing specialists, content creators, and analysts) to develop and execute customized strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide value-added recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 1years in a client-facing role within the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
