Job Description: Client Relation Associate

**Location**: Calicut
**Salary**: ₹15,000 and above
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Education**: IT-related degree (B.Tech, BCA, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Prepare reports on client feedback and service performance for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client relations or customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
