We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The Client Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing their needs.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and project requirements to effectively support their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of client expectations and project scope.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance services and suggest additional offerings based on client needs.
- Assist in the creation of project proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and existing clients.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to discuss project progress and deliverables.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor project timelines and quality to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges.
- Contribute to client retention strategies and initiatives to foster long-lasting partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, UI/UX, and website development concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
